Details Below: Remote Support Services If you don’t have a support membership our remote support is billed in 15 minute increments based on our hourly rate of $86.00 per hour. So if you have a 15 minute fix, 15 minutes = $21.50 for every 15 minutes. Membership value is much higher because it removes the time limitation on how long a support call might last. ​ Onsite Tutoring - How to ? Going through your list of daily computer challenges. Onsite Support is based on the hourly rate of $86.00/hour. Training and or Tutoring is a minimum of 1 hour and you decide how much time you’d like to spend learning and understanding the computer concepts of your choosing. Promotion - If you have a membership you will receive a 25% discount on onsite learning and tutoring.
